For what purpose<\/h3>

If we have received data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it.<\/p>

Data processing for other purposes will only be considered if the necessary legal requirements pursuant to Art. 6 (4) GDPR are met. In this case, we will of course comply with any information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 (3) GDPR and Art. 14 (4) GDPR. <\/p>

If we obtain data about you from other sources, you have provided this data voluntarily. This applies in particular to data for lead generation (acquisition of interested parties). “Lead” is a term used in marketing and refers to a qualified prospect who is interested in a company and\/or a product and, for this purpose, provides the company with their contact details for further correspondence on their own initiative. We currently use LinkedIn Lead Gen forms (https:\/\/de.linkedin.com\/legal\/privacy-policy) and the lead generation process of the Vogel Communications Group (https:\/\/privacy.vogel.de\/datenschutz.html) as so-called lead generation tools. <\/p>

On what legal basis<\/h3>

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is generally – unless there are specific legal provisions – Art. 6 GDPR. The following possibilities in particular come into consideration here: <\/p>

  • Data processing for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)<\/li>

    How long<\/h3>

    We use the solutions of our service provider Salesforce Inc. (The Landmark @ One Market, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105) in European data centers to store your personal data.     Your rights as a “data subject”<\/h3>

    You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you.<\/p>

    In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete your own personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.<\/p>

    In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your data in connection with direct marketing in accordance with Art. 21 (1) and (2) GDPR.
