Data protection notice
You have come to this page via a link because you want to find out how we handle (your) personal data. In order to fulfill our information obligations in accordance with Art. 12 ff. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are pleased to provide you with our information on data protection below.
A complete privacy policy for this website can be found at https://www.logicline.de/datenschutzinformation/.
Who is responsible
The entity responsible for data processing is
logicline GmbH
Planiestraße 10
71063 Sindelfingen
You can find further information about our company, details of the authorized representatives and other contact options in the legal notice on our website: https://www.logicline.de/Impressum/.
For what purpose
If we have received data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it.
Data processing for other purposes will only be considered if the necessary legal requirements pursuant to Art. 6 (4) GDPR are met. In this case, we will of course comply with any information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 (3) GDPR and Art. 14 (4) GDPR.
If we obtain data about you from other sources, you have provided this data voluntarily. This applies in particular to data for lead generation (acquisition of interested parties). “Lead” is a term used in marketing and refers to a qualified prospect who is interested in a company and/or a product and, for this purpose, provides the company with their contact details for further correspondence on their own initiative. We currently use LinkedIn Lead Gen forms (https://de.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy) and the lead generation process of the Vogel Communications Group (https://privacy.vogel.de/datenschutz.html) as so-called lead generation tools.
On what legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is generally – unless there are specific legal provisions – Art. 6 GDPR. The following possibilities in particular come into consideration here:
- Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR)
- Data processing for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)
- Data processing on the basis of a balancing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR)
- Data processing to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR)
If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent from us at any time with effect for the future.
If we process data on the basis of a balancing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 GDPR.
How long
We generally process the data for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose, unless there are statutory retention obligations that require longer storage.
Of course, you can request information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time and, if it is not necessary, request that the data be deleted or that processing be restricted.
The revocation of a declaration of consent leads to the deletion of the data collected on this basis.
Forwarding of data
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you, if the transfer is permissible on the basis of a balancing of interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, if we are legally obliged to pass on the data or if you have given your consent to do so.
In addition, we use various carefully selected processors who are bound by our instructions to process data on our behalf in order to provide our services.
Data processing
We use the solutions of our service provider Salesforce Inc. (The Landmark @ One Market, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105) in European data centers to store your personal data. Salesforce’s data protection information is available here: https://www.salesforce.com/de/company/privacy/full_privacy/.
Your rights as a “data subject”
You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you.
In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete your own personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.
In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your data in connection with direct marketing in accordance with Art. 21 (1) and (2) GDPR. This applies in particular to cases in which we provide you with content (webinars, white papers, podcasts, etc.) in return for your consent to receive marketing information.
You can contact us at any time using the contact information provided if you have further questions on the subject of personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a state data protection authority.
